HENK0361HU Engelsk - Frit emne: American Photography
Since the beginning of the 20th century photography has played an important role in telling the story ofAmericaand its people. From the social documentary of Jacob Riis, Lewis Hine and Dorothea Lange in the beginning of the century, and the road photography of Robert Frank and William Eggleston in the sixties and seventies, to the contemporary attempts to reinterpret the story after 9/11 by the likes of Taryn Simon, Brian Ulrich and Ulrich Soth.
