NOTE: the teaching of this course and the exam will take place at the Faculty of Social Sciences. The formal requirements regarding e.g. the learning outcome, literature and exam form (incl. scope) is formalized by the Faculty of Law study board.

 

The course is part of the plan of creating interfaculty courses between the Department of Political Sciences and the Faculty of law. This new strategy tries to improve students’ interdisciplinary knowledge and skills. By integrating this course in the catalogue of courses at both Faculties/departments, the interfaculty course aims at creating synergies and complementarities between students with various disciplinary backgrounds and approaches to institutions and the law.
