Comprehensive two-dimensional liquid chromatography
Ad-hoc Phd-course (study-group) for revision of key litterature on LCxLC. This course will cover:
- Current status within the field reading introdutory reviews (week one)
- Historic aspects of LCxLC (week two)
- The importance of first dimension sampling-rate (week three)
- Practical consideration for fast analysis in the second dimension (week four)
- Theoretical considerations for implementation of LCxLC (week five)
- The concept of orthogonality (week six)
