Kursusindhold

The program includes theoretical lectures, tutorials, data collection (at the MAX-lab synchrotron in Lund, Sweden), hands-on data-evaluation, and oral presentation of the evaluated data and conclusions.

Målbeskrivelser

After the course, the students will have gained:

Thorough theoretical introduction to the field

Hands-on experience with the world-leading software suite ATSAS (developed at EMBL-Hamburg) and other software suites (WILL-it-fit; RAW)

Hands-on experience with synchrotron SAXS data collection

Hands-on experience with data evaluation

Experience with oral presentations

The tutorials are tutored by teachers from UCPH, Aarhus University, EMBL-Hamburg, University of Montpellier, and ESRF-Grenoble.
The students are collaborating closely in small groups with students from other universities.
