Master programme in
Chemistry
Content
To teach the
students the fundamentals of carbohydrate structure and chemistry
as well as advanced topics, such as protecting group chemistry that
enable the selective transformations of monosaccharides, various
approaches to the synthesis of the glycosidic linkage,
oligosaccharide synthesis, carbohydrates as chiral pool and
renewable resource (green chemistry), glycobiology and artificial
vaccines.
