Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) er en evidensbaseret praksis, der går på tværs af terapeutiske tilgange. Formålet med FIT er at højne kvaliteten og effektiviteten af terapeutiske forløb. Gennem anvendelse af to enkle spørgeskemaer i hver terapeutisk samtale muliggøres bl.a.: 1) At terapeuten kan følge klientens udvikling i terapien: Får klienten det bedre gennem samtalerne? Værre? Er der ingen udvikling? Og 2) at terapeuten får kontinuerlig, formaliseret feedback fra klienten på samarbejdet og alliancen mellem terapeut og klient. Gennem denne feedback får terapeuten mulighed for at justere sine metoder i terapien, således at han/hun bliver mere hjælpsom for klienten. En sådan tilgang til terapi har vist sig at kunne skære ”drop-outs” fra terapien ned til det halve, at kunne forbedre effekten af terapien væsentligt, og at kunne mindske risikoen for forværring.

På kurset gennemgås forskningen bag FIT, hvilket inkluderer et overblik over, hvad virker i psykoterapi. Der vil blive introduceret til og trænet anvendelse af FIT-spørgeskemaerne, såvel som øvet forståelse af grafisk afbildning af terapeutiske forløb, og hvordan disse kan anvendes til at skræddersy det terapeutiske forløb, således at dette bliver mere effektivt. Slutteligt gives et indblik i, hvad der iflg. denne tilgang kendetegner de allerdygtigste terapeuter, og hvordan man kan arbejde i retning af at blive en top-terapeut. Kurset vil bestå af en blanding af teoretiske oplæg, øvelser og refleksion.

Learning Outcome

The purpose of these modules is to expand knowledge or put the psychological subject area into perspective through theoretical or empirical specialisation within subject areas within or related to psychology.

By the end of the module, students will be able to:

  • describe and account for relevant concepts and themes within the elective subject
  • describe and account for relevant methodological approaches in relation to the subject matter for the elective subject
  • explain contexts, analyse and conduct procedures relevant to the elective subject under supervision
  • discuss themes/problems relevant to the elective subject or interpret cases/data related to the elective subject.

Free home assignment to be handed in at 10.00 am on the Friday of the week following the last class.
SIZE: The assignment shall be max. 14 pages by 1 student, max. 21 pages by 2 students and max. 24 pages by 3 students
Exam registration requirements

For all elective subjects, minimum 75% attendance is a prerequisites for submitting assignments. However, the teaching is based on full participation. In addition to standard expectations of preparation and participation, prerequisites may include regular assignment writing, preparation of presentations, and participation in midterm seminars or other assignments. Where this is the case, it will be indicated in the course description.
