Content
Japanese Propaedeutics D is an integrated course that offers a mix of lectures and applied exercises comprising grammar, spoken interaction, listening and reading comprehension, writing, and translation exercises at an intermediate level.

Teaching and learning methods
Class teaching where the
students are actively involved either on an individual level or in
group work guided by cooperative learning principles that engage
each student to a maximum extent. The course incorporates online
blended learning elements such as regular oral and written
assignments to be done in between classes. The language of
instruction and learning is English for grammar and reading
comprehension, while speaking, writing and listening exercises are
conducted primarily in Japanese to ensure maximum exposure to and
interaction in the language.
