Curriculum for the BA programme in Asian Studies with specialisations in Indology, Japanese Studies, China Studies, Korean Studies, Southeast Asian Studies and Tibetology, The 2010 Curriculum
The course has three parts.
1. Classical literature: Advances Buddhist literature: a commentary of the “Single Intention” (dGongs gcig), (3 hrs)
2. modern spoken: conversation (2 hrs)
3. modern literary: transcribing an oral text (2 hrs). The books and texts used for 2.+3. will be announced at the beginning of the semester.
