Comprehensive two-dimensional liquid chromatography

Kursusindhold

Ad-hoc Phd-course (study-group) for revision of key litterature on LCxLC. This course will cover:

  • Current status within the field reading introdutory reviews (week one)
  • Historic aspects of LCxLC (week two)
  • The importance of first dimension sampling-rate (week three)
  • Practical consideration for fast analysis in the second dimension (week four)
  • Theoretical considerations for implementation of LCxLC (week five)
  • The concept of orthogonality (week six)
